That's exactly what this seal is built for. Our Compression Weatherseal uses a resilient polyurethane foam core to fill the closing gap on casement windows and doors, cutting draughts to a minimum while maintaining a smooth, easy close.

Important: this seal is designed specifically for surfaces that close and compress, not surfaces that slide. If you're draught-proofing a double hung sash window, a compression seal is the wrong tool for the job: sliding sashes wear compression seals down quickly and the seal never gets to do what it's designed for.
