The fine print
What's covered
We keep it simple, but a few conditions keep the comparison fair.
The guarantee applies when
- It's the same or a comparable product: the same type, size, specification and quantity, even if it's sold under a different brand name
- It's new and in stock from an Australian retailer
- The price can be checked: publicly advertised, or a written quote for trade jobs
- We compare the total price, including delivery
- You contact us before you place your order
- It covers our own ranges too, including our draught seal beading and Evermend epoxy
- It covers trade deals too, for tradies, builders and restorers
It doesn't cover
- Clearance, end-of-line, second-hand or damaged stock
- Auction sites and private sellers
- Prices that are clearly an error
- Overseas retailers
We'll check the other product is a fair like-for-like comparison, and confirm the retailer's price and stock. This guarantee doesn't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
How much will you beat the price by?
We'll beat the other retailer's total price for the same or a comparable product. Get in touch with the link and we'll confirm your price before you order.
Can I claim the price guarantee after I've bought?

Is delivery included in the comparison?
Yes. We compare the total price, including delivery to your postcode. If you're in Sydney, remember pick-up from our Warriewood pick-up point is free.
Does it cover trade deals?
Yes. The price guarantee covers trade deals too. If you're a tradie, builder or restorer and you've found a better price on the same or a comparable product, send us the link and we'll beat it. Ask us about a trade account.
What counts as a comparable product?
It doesn't have to be the same brand. Products like draught seal beading and epoxy timber repair are often sold under different brand names. If it's like for like, the same type, size and specification, it counts. Send us the link and we'll check it for you.

Yes. The price guarantee covers our own ranges too, including our draught seal beading and Evermend epoxy.
