We are a business grown out of humble beginnings.  We started as a small one man window repair business.  We know what it's like to be treated well by a supplier, and not so well.  From this experience our values were born.

We're big on restoration.  All of our products are designed to enhance and revive your windows.  We believe restoring timber windows and maintaining them is a sustainable way forward rather than ripping them out, putting them in landfill and replacing them with aluminium or UPVC.  Whether it's a heritage listed building, a traditional Queenslander or a Hampton's style house our products will improve your sash windows and help bring them back to their former glory.

4.  Quality

All of our products are hand picked and have been tried and tested by ourselves.  There is not one product that we sell that we would not use by our own trade business.  We understand buying online can be daunting but we stand behind this guarantee of quality by having a 30 refund policy* if you are dissatisfied with our product.
