Worked well and was easy to use. It’s worth getting the cartridge and guns if u want to save a bit of effort, but it is more expensive. They answered the phone quickly when I called with a question.
I ordered add on weights for my sash windows the staff were very helpful and assisted me with my inquiries and sent my items in a very timely manner. I have and will continue to use lock and latch.

This is fantastic for hardening and stabilizing degraded timber before repairing it with the epoxy filler.
This stuff is the best for large wood rot repairs. I used it to fix rotten timber window frames. I had used builders bog before finding this product. It is a much better product. Doesn't sag before it sets and is much stronger than bog.

Novice at DIY and found this really easy to use. A bit hard to sand down but it's probably lack of tools. The low odour is a huge +. I have plenty to mend so will be buying again.
Addressing window and door rot. I tried other types of epoxy and filler, but this seems by far the most suitable. It is very "well-behaved", i.e. easy to work into the hole or gap and achieve exactly the profile you want.
Pot product useful for larger fill jobs, easier to use than multiple dispenser based product, easy to mix and use with recommended proportion

i think i've tried all of the options on the market and this is the one i prefer the most.
Its easy to mix and goes on more like a gel so its not stringy and messy top apply.
Dries hard but can still be sanded. Doesnt slump do can be used vertically also!
Much quicker than splicing and wont rot from rain exposure. will definitely keep using this one.
