We are a family business based on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. Our founder, Matt, has run a successful and reputable sash window restoration business here in Sydney for the last 20 years.
How We Started
Matt required supplies and materials but struggled to find exactly what
he needed, that was of good enough quality to use for his own jobs. We
required the best materials and these were just not available in
Australia. This gap in the market was how Lock and Latch was born.
Our Mission
Is to ensure our customers have access to a full range of sash window restoration products. Our background means that we understand the needs of the industry and only supply products that we would use ourselves.
Our warehouse is in Sydney and this is where all our products are shipped from. We have a fantastic customer service team who are on hand to offer you advice. We love chatting with our community and hearing stories of how you've chosen the more sustainable route of restoring your sash windows rather than tearing them out, creating landfill and replacing them.
