We always recommend having all materials onsite PRIOR to commencing any restoration project as sometimes delays occur in the courier network which are outside of the control of Lock and Latch.
We use Aus Post as well as other courier services. We will notify you ASAP if any item is out of stock and you will have an option to cancel your order. We charge a flat rate of $9.95 per order for all hardware orders Australia wide* regardless of size or destination.
*Add On Weights, Draught Proofing products and Sash Cord are excluded from our flat rate $9.95 shipping rates as well as orders from outside of Australia

For most items your to order will picked and packed within 2 business days of receiving your order. Delivery time frames are based on the time taken once the order has been picked up from our Warehouse. These times are estimates and not guarantees
