We are unable to guarantee any delivery times.
If you are in urgent need of your items, please contact us on 0425 229 090 as we can arrange an express service if available. We also have a pick up option.
We always recommend having all materials onsite PRIOR to commencing any restoration project as sometimes delays occur in the courier network which are outside of the control of Lock and Latch.
We use Aus Post as well as other courier services. We will notify you ASAP if any item is out of stock and you will have an option to cancel your order. We charge a flat rate of $9.95 per order for all hardware orders Australia wide* regardless of size or destination.
*Add On Weights, Draught Proofing products and Sash Cord are excluded from our flat rate $9.95 shipping rates as well as orders from outside of Australia. These can only be delivered to a full street address. We cannot deliver these to a PO Box or Australia Post Parcel Locker. If a delivery has to be returned for this reason, no refund will be given and return freight charge will be applicable.
We are not able to provide a date or time for delivery as the courier services do not make this available to us. If our couriers attempt delivery and they are unable to deliver, or there is no safe place for the items to be left the goods will be either taken to a depot or brought back to our warehouse. From then the customer will be contacted and another delivery will be organised at a cost to the customer, or the customer can collect from our warehouse.

For most items your to order will picked and packed within 2 business days of receiving your order. Delivery time frames are based on the time taken once the order has been picked up from our Warehouse. These times are estimates and not guarantees
