RETURNS

We are dedicated to ensuring you are satisfied with the products you buy through the Lock and Latch online store.  We understand that buying online means you cannot see the product in person first, so if, for any reason when you receive your order that you have purchased online through www.lockandlatch.com.au and it is not as you expected then we will provide a refund (less shipping) within 21 days of purchase.  This also applies if there are any issues with your order for example, damage in transit, items not correct or missing. We will need proof of purchase along with the reason for return.  We can only accept returns if they arrive back to us in original, resalable condition including any packaging.

Unless goods are faulty, Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

This refund policy applies to purchases made online through this website only.

Refunds will not be provided where customer has found goods cheaper elsewhere.

If your return request falls outside of this policy, refunds will be given at the discretion of Lock and Latch and restocking fees may apply.
