Had eight sash windows in an old federation era home that needed an overhaul (all hardware replaced, rebalancing, draught sealing). We couldn't have been any happier than our choice to go with Lock and Latch. The quality of the products is great, and the pricing is very competitive (especially the draught seal kits).
I initially purchased the Ecobead mouldings for a single double hung sash window I was restoring, and the result was excellent. The beading comes primed, and it is uncomplicated in terms of trimming up and modifying to suit. The draught proofing has been a success, and no more rattling either.
This product is fantastic! Ive used it many times now and it saves me so much time and hassle of splicing. Now I can do many repairs onsite instead of having to take windows back to the workshop to fabricate parts. Once dry, its more solid that the timber!
