Installation:
Installation Instructions
- Determine whether your window is single, double, or triple-glazed. Decide if you need one or two fasteners based on the size and weight of the window.
- Make sure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust or debris.
- Position the keep (the smaller part) on the top sash, clear of the glass. Once positioned, mark the screw holes.
- Drill two small pilot holes, remove any sawdust, and screw the keep into place.
- Align the fastener (the larger part) on the bottom sash so it lines up with the keep. Test the mechanism to ensure a smooth fit.
- Mark the screw holes for the fastener, drill pilot holes, and clean away sawdust.
- Screw the fastener into place and test the operation to confirm everything is working correctly.
