Shipping policy

We know that you are keen to receive your items as soon as possible, and as such we always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We use Australia Post eParcel, and also some other courier services depending on the customer's location.  

For bulky items, i.e. Weights and Draught Proof Products Lock and Latch can only organise to a full street address. We cannot deliver to a PO Box or Australia Post Parcel Locke. If a delivery has to be returned for this reason, no refund will be given and return freight charge will be applicable.

We are not able to provide a date or time for delivery as the courier services do not make this available to us.  If our couriers attempt delivery and they are unable to deliver, or there is no safe place for the items to be left the goods will be either taken to a depot or brought back to our warehouse.  From then the customer will be contacted and another delivery will be organised at a cost to the customer, or the customer can collect from our warehouse.

After receiving your order and payment we will ship as soon as possible. If any item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and give you a timeframe for when the stock will come in and the option to cancel your order.

If your order is urgent, please let us know and we will do what we can to get your goods to you sooner. An express service can be used in certain instances at a cost to the customer.
