Self Adhesive Carrier with Pre Inserted Brush Pile
Protect your windows from drafts with the most effective self adhesive carrier featuring a central plastic fin and pre-inserted brush pile technology with a central plastic fin. Keep your home comfortable and energy efficient with this innovative solution:
- Fits onto the sash - Meeting rail, top, bottom and side.
- Can be used to seal all around the window frame.
- Adhesive carrier fits “flush” into an 8.0 x 3.5mm channel with pre-inserted
brushpile in either 5.5mm or 8.5mm heights. Both plastic carrier and brush are white. - Use an 8.0mm router to create a 3.5mm deep channel.

Channel adheres into the groove using double-sided tape – just peal off the backing strip and apply in the channel.
- Brush Pile is made of polypropylene with a twin central fin. The fin creates the seal
IMPORTANT: Make sure surface is clean and dry before fitting
Lock and Latch recommend a small amount of mitre glue or superglue is used at the ends to prevent the pile moving around in the channel.
