Application & Mixing
Mount the cartridge tube into the extrusion tool.
Remove the end cap and extrude the required amount of filler onto a mixing board.
Mix only the amount that can be used within the working time of approximately 5 minutes.
Using a putty knife or similar tool, mix with a folding action until the mixture is streak-free, ensuring the resin and hardener are thoroughly combined. Once the mixture is completely streak free, the product is ready for application.
Start by applying small amounts of filler to avoid trapping air within the repair.
Gradually build up the repair using larger volumes of filler.
Smooth over the surface to complete the repair and allow it to cure.
